If you provide false or inaccurate information to us and we suspect fraud, we will record this. If you want to see your credit file, please contact the credit reference agency which we use Creditsafe.

Whether personal information has to be provided by you, and if so why

No personal information has to be provided by you to us at any time.

How long your personal information will be kept

We will hold your personal information for the following periods:

  • Name and address for 6 years to satisfy UK Tax law
  • Age – Once it has been verified by us it will be immediately deleted
  • Email – as soon as the email receipt has been sent, your email address will be deleted

These periods are no longer than necessary in each case.

Reasons we can collect and use your personal information

We rely on the following as the lawful basis on which we collect and use your personal information:

  • consent
  • contract
  • legal obligation
  • legitimate interests

The legitimate interests relied upon are as follows:

  • The information is used for marketing purposes, the impact on privacy is minimal and it is necessary to the business
